A Paragraph Showing Appreciation and Gratitude for Teachers

Teachers are one of the building blocks towards students' success. They are the ones who guides students in the preparation for their bright future. We should honor and recognize their remarkable efforts in patiently guiding and teaching students, even if sometimes it requires extra patience and determination. May they continue to maintain their eagerness in teaching that one day it will be finally paid off. They should be appreciated and recognized for their hard work, dedication, and their influence in shaping the students' future, they play a crucial role as years go by. Professionals like doctors, engineers, lawyers, nurses, etc. wouldn't go this far if it weren't for them. They are important in our nation to build and educate more and more professionals. So on this month of teachers' day, we should show our gratitude and appreciation for their unwavering eagerness and determination just for the students to learn efficiently. We thank you teachers, you are all truly our heroes!

Achieving Resilience In a Third-World Country

There are many causes of resilience here in our country. It is usually to make us strong and prepared towards any problem. In terms of cultural strength, we emphasize community support, family ties, and a positive outlook. Since our country has a culture of being family-oriented, this will strengthen our resilience. Education and awareness about issues that we are currently facing helps us to successfully overcome them. Us Filipinos, we are also able to adapt changes in our society. We use our overall support to something that we believe on. Towards these, we can face challenges that are going to be present.

The responses in resiliency, leads to a positive adaptation, which is to embrace change and find a certain way. Persistence can also help towards to being able to strive towards challenges. Also, problem solving is also applied to overcome the difficulties. Optimism can also be seen. It maintains a hopeful and positive look, even in hard situations. We can also properly control our emotions. This causes people to manage unfortunate events.

The challenges of resiliency, like the lack of support might cause the challenges to be unsolved. Mental health issues is also crucial in facing challenges of resilience. This might lead to negative thinking patterns, that might cause stress or depression. Chronic stress can also occur because the lack of energy and coping mechanisms. Continuous exposure to challenges and problems can lead to a burnout of an individual. This can be a reason to isolate themselves and avoid communication with other people. These should be avoided to prevent Filipinos from nota achieving resilience.

Cause You Get ME!

Hello! This is my first blog in the subject ICT. My name is Aliyah Shatine Cuyo but you can shortly call me Shatine. I'm 15 years old, and I live in Fuerte, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. This year is my last year of being in the Junior High School. I am still shocked that all the years that I've spent in the Junior High School are finally going to end. I have crossed out a lot in my list of things to do that I haven't done as a Junior High School student, and this year, I am going to cross out more and make the best of everything. Like the others, they want to live forever young, and I agree with it. Once you step out on the real world, it would not be the same as before. I'm still trying to figure things out. Sometimes I'm confused, sometimes l get it. I know that time flies by so fast, so we have to cherish every moment of it. In this blog, I would try to show what I do as I embark my last year as a Junior student. As a beginner, I am hoping that I get to do it neatly and successfully.

I have already introduced my name and age in the paragraph, so in this second paragraph, I'd like to add more details about myself. To start off, I live close to the beach, so I like to watch sunsets with my friends. It is a way where we unwind. I also like household pets like cats and dogs. That leads me to have an idea to become a Veterinarian someday. My hobbies are watching TV because I personally like to watch Kdramas, especially law and medical related ones. I also like to go biking with my elementary friends. And, I am a fan of the KPOP group called TWICE. Their songs give me happiness and comfort. Moving on, I gain self-confidence by trying to participate in things that improves it, I'd say my self-confidence is still not the highest, but as time goes by, my confidence continues to grow. As years go and pass by, I hope it could help to pursue my dreams and goals.

As for my future plans, I plan to live life to the fullest, where I learn from my mistakes and it will serve as an inspiration. I also hope that in the future, I won't regret anything I have made or encountered. I hope for the best possible thing that I can be able to achieve. I plan to be a Veterinarian someday and I hope I got what it takes to be one. I would personally want my own veterinary clinic/hospital someday. I know that failure does not mean you actually failed, but failures are a proof that you are working hard and trying. So in the future, I hope that we will all get the good things that the world can offer.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

MalacaƱang Palace

J.P. Laurel Street, San Miguel Manila,

1005 Philippines

Dear President Ferdinand Marcos,

I am writing to you out of eagerness to express my thoughts to you. This letter is for the sake of my fellow Filipinos. As a citizen here in the Philippines, I am asking for more changes in the Philippines. I know you have the power to do so. Many Filipinos are still in the poverty line. Many people still live on the different sides of the streets begging for people's changes. Wondering when will they fill up their stomachs with food again. I hope that farmers would also have a chance to sell their crops with a reasonable price. I am also hoping that healthcare would also be accessible to all. The list goes on the other issues here in the Philippines that really needs to be addressed.

On the other hand, I appreciate your eagerness to help the Filipino athletes. Keep doing more to help the other Filipino citizens. I hope that on your next years of being a president, more significant changes should be seen and witnessed. May the other government workers would also do the same significant actions. I supposed to say this on the first paragraph, but I hope that this letter will find you well.

Sincerely,

Aliyah Shatine B. Cuyo
